Jewelry and Watch Collection (JWC) is a business that collects, buys, and sells Luxury goods. We have a wide variety of items to choose from, with a focus on quality brands, and manufactures. Shop Pay- On qualifying orders can be split into multiple payments. 

Shipping- Based on product. Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 2 to 8 business days. International shipping determined by order. Shipping information available when checking out.

Tracking- Order Tracking is available on all orders that are shipped.

Returns- 30 day returns for qualifying products, non-sale (regular priced) items are eligible for up to 30 days to make a return.

Processing- Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.

Shipping Protection Coverage- US shipped orders are Insurered up to $200.00 for free. Orders over $200.00+ or are internationally shipped will have the option to add Shipping Protection for Coverage up to $5000.00. 
 If an item is lost- damaged, or stolen, claims are administered and processed through Shipsurance.
